RCBS Sidewinder Rotary Case Tumbler S/H
Product Details
The Sidewinder is RCBS’s rotary case tumbler. Rotary tumblers are more flexible and usually quieter than the vibratory types. The rolling drum means that heavy loads give less wear than with vibratory types so wet media can be used as well as the more common dry corncob and walnut mediums.
Ceramic is the media of choice for black powder cartridge shooters along with those that have to deal with heavily soiled brass. The Sidewinder handles wet cleaning just as well as it does dry.
Cleaning cycles are around two hours for normal fired brass cleaned wet or dry. The Sidewinder is fitted with an up to 12 hour timer or can be set to continuous running.
The drums can hold up to 300 38 special or 200 .303” cases at a time.
This united is wired for UK 240 volt supply, you will need to provide your own plug.
This unit comes with an extra drum so you can have a wet and dry choice or one could be reserved for the moly coating of bullets process which the Sidewinder handles very well.
